A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required before any project begins.Work will commence only after the advance is received.The remaining 50% must be completed before final delivery of high-resolution or source files.
Up to 4 minor revisions are included free of charge. Additional revisions beyond 4 will be billed separately.Major changes (including concept, direction, or style changes after approval) will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.
Projects requiring delivery in a shorter-than-standard timeframe will incur rush fees.Rush charges depend on deadline urgency and current workload.
Project deliverables, style, formats, resolution, and timeline will be agreed upon before work begins.Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will require additional payment.
Full payment must be completed before final high-resolution files or editable/source files are delivered.
Delays in payment may result in delays in project delivery.
If the client cancels after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
If the project is more than 50% completed, additional payment proportional to completed work may be required.
Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats (PNG, JPG, MP4, OBJ, FBX, PSD, etc.).
Editable/source files are provided only if agreed upon before project initiation.
Full usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
COLORNOID retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clear and timely communication is required from both parties.
Delays in client feedback may extend the project timeline.
COLORNOID may request permission to use selected project visuals for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Client approval will be respected in cases involving unreleased, confidential, or sensitive projects.
Long-term or trusted clients may be eligible for flexible payment arrangements (e.g., monthly payments or adjusted advance requirements).
Such arrangements are granted at the sole discretion of COLORNOID.
If payment terms are violated or delayed beyond the agreed period, the client will revert to standard new-client payment terms (50% advance, strict deadlines, or full advance where applicable).
COLORNOID reserves the right to revoke trusted status at any time in case of repeated delays or breach of agreement.
Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe.
Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in:
Suspension of ongoing work
Withholding of final files
Late fees (if applicable)
Termination of future collaborations
COLORNOID shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to: power outages, internet disruptions, hardware failure, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, the project timeline may be reasonably extended, and the client will be informed accordingly.
